Shipping & Delivery
1. When will I get my order?
Your order will go through two stages before reaching you: fulfillment and shipping.
- Fulfillment time: This is the time it takes to print and prepare your order. Our fulfillment time is 3–7 business days.
- Shipping time: Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped. The shipping time is typically 5–8 business days for the US and Canada.
Total delivery time = Fulfillment time + Shipping time
2. How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress in real-time.
3. My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.
- Contact your local post office to see if they’re holding your package.
- Ask neighbors if they might have received your package by mistake.
If you still can’t locate your package, please contact us. Include your order details, and we’ll assist you promptly.
4. I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and any relevant details so we can resolve it quickly.

2. Do you offer both original artworks and prints?
Yes! We offer original artworks for collectors and museum-quality prints for art lovers. For inquiries about original pieces, please contact us.
3. Are the artworks sold with frames?
No, frames are not included. Images featuring frames are for illustrative purposes only.
Printing & Materials
1. What printing techniques and materials do you use?
We use state-of-the-art water-based inkjet printing on museum-quality, enhanced matte paper (189g, 0.26mm thick). This ensures vibrant, durable colors with a premium finish.
2. Will the colors of the print match what I see on my screen?
Slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings and lighting, but we strive for accurate color reproduction.
3. How do I prepare my art print for framing?
- Lay the print face down on a clean, flat surface while still in its protective sleeve.
- Place heavy books or weights on it to flatten it for at least 24 hours.
- Your print will then be ready for framing!
Copyright & Usage
1. Can I reproduce the artwork I purchase?
No. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. All designs are intended for personal use only, and reproduction in any form is prohibited without permission.

1. What packaging do you use for shipping?
- Prints: Securely shipped in eco-friendly kraft boxes to prevent damage.
- Originals: Shipped flat in robust protective boxes.
2. Where do you ship?
