Where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
Prints: Most prints arrive within 3–10 business days depending on your location. Tracking is always provided.
Originals: Originals are shipped directly from Vancouver with express delivery to ensure speed and safety. Delivery times vary by destination, but you can generally expect fast international service. -
Do you ship worldwide?
No. At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days. Include your order number and we can make it right quickly.

How are the prints and originals packaged?
Prints are carefully protected. Smaller sizes are shipped flat or in reinforced boxes, while larger prints are rolled in sturdy tubes.
Originals are packaged securely with protective wrapping and shipped express to guarantee safe arrival.

Do you sell both originals and prints?
Yes! We offer handmade original paintings and museum-quality art prints. For original piece inquiries, contact us.

Do your prints come framed?
At this time, frames aren’t included. Many customers prefer choosing their own to match their space. We provide standard sizing so you can easily find frames locally or online.

What if I don’t love my order?
We stand by a 30-day “Love It or Leave It” guarantee. If you don’t feel joy seeing our art on your walls, contact us and we’ll make it right for you.

Are your materials eco-friendly?
Yes. Our prints use acid-free, archival paper and inks designed to last without yellowing. Many of our processes are eco-conscious, and every purchase funds tree planting through our reforestation partner.

What makes your art prints different from regular posters?
Our prints are created on premium 285gsm textured watercolor paper using archival inks and giclée printing. This gives them a tactile, painterly feel that looks and lasts like fine art.

Will the colors match what I see online?
We do our best for color accuracy, but minor variations may occur due to screen differences.

How should I flatten my print before framing?
- Keep it in its protective sleeve
- Lay flat under heavy books for 24 hours
- Then frame and enjoy!
Copyright & Usage

Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes. Originals come signed by Bahar and include a certificate of authenticity. Prints do not include certificates but are produced exclusively through our shop.

Can I reproduce or resell your artwork?
No. All artworks are protected under copyright law. Purchase grants personal use only. Any reproduction or resale is strictly prohibited.
