2. Where will my order ship from? We partner with a global on-demand order fulfillment company, so your order will ship from the facility closest to you.

3. How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.

4. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before contacting us, please:

  • Double-check your shipping confirmation email for any address errors.
  • Check with your local post office to see if they're holding the package.
  • Ask your neighbors if they received it by mistake.

5. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do? We apologize for the inconvenience! Please email us at info@baharartcreations.com within 7 days with photos of the damage, your order number, and any other relevant details. We'll get back to you promptly with a solution.

2. Do you offer both original artworks and prints? Yes, we offer both! Our collection includes original artworks for collectors and high-quality prints for art enthusiasts. Please contact us for inquiries about original pieces.

3. Are the artworks sold with frames? No, frames are not included. The images displaying frames are for illustrative purposes only to give you an idea of how the artwork might look framed.

 

Printing & Materials

1. What printing techniques and materials do you use? We use state-of-the-art water-based inkjet printing on museum-quality, enhanced matte paper (0.26mm thick, 189g) for vibrant, long-lasting colors and a premium feel.

2. Will the colors of the print match exactly what I see on my screen? While we strive for color accuracy, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitors and screen settings.

3. How should I prepare my art print for framing? To ensure your print is flat for framing:

  • Lay the print face down on a clean, flat surface (ideally still in its protective sleeve).
  • Place heavy books, tape, or corner stickers gently on the print to flatten it completely.
  • Leave it under the weights for 24 hours.
  • Carefully remove the weights or tape, and your print is ready to be framed!

Copyright & Usage

1. When I buy your products (prints or originals), do I have the right to reproduce them in any way? Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership. Reproduction of our artworks in any form is prohibited, as they are intended for personal use and enjoyment only.

  • Prints are shipped in sturdy, triangular kraft boxes – both durable and eco-friendly.
  • Originals are shipped flat in robust boxes designed to protect the artwork during transit.
