Story Behind "Mr. Nobody"
When the old man opened his shop, he found a boy with a dirty face and torn clothes sleeping in a corner. He wasn't shocked because he had dreamt about this. He began his day, and when the boy woke up, he told him, "Food's on the stove; eat, but first, wash your face and hands." The boy just stared at him. The boy whispered, "Aren't you going to hit me for breaking into your store?" The man just looked at him silently. Later, as they walked to the man's home, the boy cried, "I did something wrong. You should punish me. You should punish me now." The man stayed quiet. The boy kept crying until he passed out next to the man. The man wasn't surprised; he hadn't been surprised by much for a long time.
Take home "Mr. Nobody" and let its story inspire compassion, forgiveness, and quiet strength in your space.
